SLEEP: Thursday 4am
WAKE: Thursday 7.30am
SLEEP: Thursday 8pm
WAKE: Thursday\Friday midnight
SLEEP: Friday 9am
WAKE: Friday 11am
Am now feeling slightly trippy but reletively awake.
Am hoping that:
(a) can stay awake till at least 10.30 tonight
(b) will be feeling seriously sleepy by 12.30 at the latest
(c) will be awake by 10 tomorrow, preferably earlier
(Yes, I know it's a weekend but I really need my sleep patterns online again)
Have done some useful things (phoned DVLA, made dermatologists appointment, phoned garage) and am now off to do more useful things (library, bank and garage)
Then tidy room. Honest...
