Eczema

And once again it feels like all my skin has been peeled off in tiny little strips. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking as at least then it couldn't itch so much. Am not sleeping at all well and am therefore very down, and the pain and tiredness is making me feel sick all the time.

Last night I ended up sitting up and creating a pretty picture on photoshop of what eczema feels like. I don't think it's exactly the pinnacle of my artistic achievements. However I am tempted to post it online so that other people have to suffer too. If I start to feel really yuk I may write some very bad angsty poetry about pain and stuff for the same reason.

(Besides, making naff photoshop minatures gives me something to do for an hour or so and stops me scratching)

I should probably go see a doctor and ask for a referral but I keep putting it off. I usually find it more productive to firmly ignore eczema as it often then does go away, but it doesn't seem to be working and I am rapidly losing the use of my right hand which is bringing back all kinds of nasty memories. So I will go to the doctor soon. Honest.

In the meantime I have fake Jack Daniels and a baby squeaky Eeyore instead.

I used to have chronic eczema when I was ickle, wiv bleeding and stoof. I'd like to see the picture and see your intepretation!

I should indeed. I better bloody be so as one of the things that has had me down this week is the fact that I stayed in all weekend in order to try to make myself better and am now suffering from extreme Not-having-been-out-enough-itis
