(no subject)

Well, got my 20 laps in this morning (after getting to the swimming pool at 7.30 and finding it didn't open till 9) and did lots of sit ups and stretching as well so yay me :-)

Anyway, that was just meant to be a short summary for I have to now go out for a drive and see whether the car will make it's bloody mind up whether it is squeaking or not. The route will never be straying too far from the garage just in case the car decides to prove in a most physical manner that it has actually been poorly again and not faking it, though I am keeping my fingers crossed that the noise was just a small child trapped in the gears that has now dropped out miles back leaving the car undamaged.

Well, the car squeaked abysmally for the first few minutes then stopped and drove perfectly from then on. Both fan belt type things still appear to be present. I am completely baffled by this behaviour, but believe it may be attention seeking now that I am no longer driving it to used car lots to meet new friends every night. If anyone of a more mechanically minded turn can suggest otherwise, please feel free to do so.

Also just remembered another incident from Infest. Vix and I being vigorously accosted by a midget while we were dancing to "Sex Dwarf" who then vanished. All I could assume was that he had spent the entire weekend waiting for that song to come on...
