Loathe to tempt fate but been feeling a lot brighter this week. Not got that feeling that I'm about to tip over the edge anymore. I think the St Johns Wort might actually be working. Not promising to be bouncing tomorrow but should be a lot more sociable than I have been of late (unless I just jinxed it all by writing this...)

I am SO sorry I didn't catch up with you later on in the night. I was absolutely legless not long after seeing you and kept getting pounced upon by people with cameras! But it was so lovely to actually meet you at last, and it's fantastic that you feel better.
