Need perfect focus.

Need a worthwhile distraction.

Need to throw out all the useless crap.

Need someone to tell me it's all going to be okay in the end.

If you still have access to the car a nice casual drive around some country lanes might help clear your head.

Colds are evil. Nuke with Vitamin C and Zinc, and take Tesco Max Strength Cold And Flu to kill the symptoms (exactly the same formula as the expensive ones but about 1/4 the price).

Screaming good! Find somewhere with a good echo, and SCREAM!!!

Fields in the middle of nowhere are good - esp if they have stone circles in them.

Throwing out the useless - snap! It's hard bloody work.

Sheep will depend on whether I can get website finished or not, as having that sorted is going to be a huge weight off...

I kind of skipped medication this time round and went straight for bloody-mindedness. Seems to be working!
