They come in threes...

So I arrived at work this morning and I couldn't get in because my key fob wasn't working. (Turns out they accidentally reprogrammed them all while I was away causing much hijinks and hilarity.)

Then I got to my desk and the internet was broken, so I couldn't catch up with any email, or get in with work, because my first job involved a website. Of course. (I know this isn't that bad, but I'm claiming it as one of the three in case something worse tries to happen.)

And then when I went o grab lunch, the woman in Boots spotted that I was getting discounts that I shouldn't get from my Advantage card. (For some reason it was coming through with an over 60's 10% discount, which I'd managed not to notice for years and was planning on not noticing for several years to come.)

Ironically, have spent most of the morning writing. Just not the fun kind.

Bollocks

Just managed to lose a big chunk of US write up and don't even know how.

Oh well. Will just have to make sure the rewrite is better than the original.

And put tomorrow on notice: if it's not better than today I'm going to stab it with a spanner.
