Of sheep and Twi'lek

Last night was good fun. The socks of doom were duly invoked - I couldn't decide which was more offensive so ended up wearing one of each. The house is now littered with single shoes though, as I spent an hour hobbling round in mis-matching pairs trying to work out what would go with the socks... before coming to the conclusion that the answer was 'nothing' and defaulting back to trainers.

Lots of nice-to-see people there but not as many random faces from the past as the Easter Flock. Still good fun though, and lots of bouncing and gothy handwaving and the occasional stickering. Also realised I am far too fond of playing with flames - I must have been a moth in a previous life. (Possibly quite a short one...)

Now off to help paint Mof blue and sew her into her May the 4th outfit. Suddenly occurred to me that I don't have anyhing planned to wear myself, so shall probably just steal Kris's lightsaber, cover myself in glitter and put silly things in my hair. (Plan B is, as always, go as a pirate. Possibly a glittery one...)

I'm probably not going to get any writing done at all this weekend, am I?

Also, Facebook and Twitter are trying to confuse me with madly mixed genres - facebook is a starwars obsessed pirate and twitter is moseying into cowboy territory. I fear we may be experiencing real life slashfic...

Oh well, if you can't beat them... Aaaaar, pardner, may the fourth be with you, per se?
