Links database

I want to put together a collection of useful design links - training, tutorials, resources etc. for work. I would like to try to find somewhere online where I can save these so it can be accessed from any computer, and not just in my favourites. Plus I need to be able to organise and rank them, so it would ideally be somewhere already geared up so that links can be tagged, rated etc.

I know there's a ton of sites like this already, digg being the most obvious. However most of these seem to be aimed at sharing your links with the entire world as loudly and vigourously as possible, whereas I need to be able to limit the number of people that have access the list to just people at work.

Are there ways to set this up? Any suggestions? Starting points? Even if it's software I can run on the server at work, that would be useful...
