Body confused at not being at work

Ok... So after several weeks of itchy skin and not sleeping and working way too many hours finally got to the doctors. As a result got the rest of this week off work and various lotions, potions and drugs to make eczema bearable again. Large whack of sedatives last night means that I woke up this morning for the first time in ages without parts of me dripping blood from scratching in my sleep. Good thing actually did sleep, bad thing now feel slightly zombiefied.

Now suddenly have three options:
1. Make the most of time off by doing lots of DIY, artwork and teach-yourself stuff so that I can get a little closer to having a nice place to live and being able to apply for decent jobs
2. Take the week off everything that's bothering me, chill, go to pub, watch TV and do nothing and actually have a social life (but be back where I started next week)
3. Give up, crawl under the covers and die (which I know is not a sensible option but is strangely appealing... I want to just give up for a change instead of always trying to get somewhere and never getting anywhere)

All three have their merits but my brain is too fuzzy to make decisions and now I'm panicking again cos I don't know what's best to do

The cream I've got now is good. It's an alternative to steroids and it's a good moisturiser with lots of essential oils in, called Allergenics. Only problem is you can only get it in health food shops but I'm hoping that will change - the last time I was in Boots they'd had three people in there asking if they sold it. Now I'm paying for a prescription season ticket thing, I want EVERYTHING available on the NHS, including tissues, echinea tablets and chocolate!

Chocolate and vodka should be free on the NHS once a month for all women of childbearing age! ; )
